Postage and Returns

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within the lead time as stated on our website.  

The shipping rates for the UK are £3.95 for a standard delivery.

All UK orders over £50 are FREE. Please type in the code FREE50 at the checkout to ensure you do not get charged the shipping rate for UK.  

The shipping rates within Europe are £14.95.  We aim for this to be sent within 5-7 days. 

If you need to send an order urgently, please contact us via email at [email protected] and request this - we will try to accommodate what you need.

If you would like to send a gift to someone, we can write a personalised message if you contact us via email as soon as you have made your purchase.

Returns

If you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you are exchanging or returning a non-faulty item, please note that return postage is your responsibility. 

Any items being returned must be done so in their original, unwashed and unworn condition and in their original packaging. Once returned, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 days.

If items are deemed to be washed or worn, they will be returned back to you.
